Copyright Claims
Our Policy
YTMP4 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website (ytmp4.lat) to do the same. Although we are not necessarily subject to United States law, we voluntarily comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and have designated an agent to receive notices of alleged copyright infringement.
We do not host, store, or distribute copyrighted content ourselves. Our tool simply allows users to convert publicly available video links into downloadable files. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used through our Service in a way that constitutes infringement, please follow the process below.
How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice
To file a valid notice of claimed infringement, please send a written communication to our designated Copyright Agent that includes all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, please provide a representative list.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, along with enough information for us to locate it (e.g. the specific URL or link on our site or on the platform being referenced).
- Your contact information — full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement of accuracy, made under penalty of perjury, confirming the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Notices that do not include all of the above may not be actionable and may not receive a response.
Where to Send Your Notice
Email: [email protected]
Please use a clear subject line such as "DMCA Takedown Request" to help us process your notice promptly.
What Happens Next
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material in question. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the user responsible for the content, where applicable.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court and will accept service of process from the party that filed the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material unless the original complaining party informs us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringing activity.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to disable access to our Service, in appropriate circumstances, for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
Disclaimer
Filing a false or bad-faith copyright claim may expose you to liability for damages. Please make sure you have a genuine, good-faith basis before submitting a notice.
